Expert and administrative work for the Ombudsman for Children are being performed in the Office of the Ombudsman for Children.

Material resources for the work of the Ombudsman for Children, his/her Deputies and expert services department are to be insured in the State Budget of the Republic of Croatia.

The Ombudsman for Children has two Deputies:

• Maja Gabelica Šupljika,M.A. in Psihology
• Ester Radmilo 

Currently there are 6 employees with university degrees doing professional counseling (two lawyers, a social worker, a special educator, psyhologist and prof. of pedagogy), and 3 employees of secondary education doing technical administration and accounting.
